too massive. I created by myself something in between. A wristband (tennis) which I place between my skin and the truss. Just next to perfect.

Extremely difficult to pull the strap through the slot in the back of the belt. For one it’s difficult to find the slot and then it takes forever to push the strap through the slot and fighting with the Velcro end that is now clinging to everything on my back including the truss and clothing.
Cumbersome to pull the rear part of the belt (right hand) when trying to secure it to the other end of the belt (left hand). Having this connection point in the front rather than the back would have made this task much easier.

Just wanted to let you know that some customers who have problems with what you're describing choose to leave the velcro straps attached, and pull it on like a pair of underwear, so that they don't have to worry about attaching the straps each time they put the belt on. Hope this helps!
