Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Since our product is an undergarment, for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on any open products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original sealed packaging.
If we receive a returned item that is not in the original, sealed, unopened package, no refunds will be authorized and you will forfeit any merchandise that has been sent back to us.
US Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at info@comfort-truss.com with the following information:

- Name the order was placed under
- Products being returned
- Reason for return
If your return is authorized, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Upon receiving your item(s), you will be refunded the amount you paid and any applicable sales tax minus the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of your return label will be determined by your location is usually between $4- $5.50

International Returns
For returns from destinations outside the US, items will need to be shipped back to us by the carrier of your choice at your own expense.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
