All Comfort-Truss belts come standard with 1/4″ (6.35mm) flat pad support already installed. Sometimes, depending on your anatomy or the amount of outward pressure that your hernia produces, you might feel the need for a thicker pad. There is an opening in the top of the pad pocket of the Comfort-Truss to allow you to swap out the stock pad with other sizes.

For double-sided belts, you must choose the correct size that corresponds to the size belt you are buying.
