Good but not a hundred percent effective.
I like the material it's made from and that it is flat, but would like a thicker option as, for me, it doesn't keep the hernia from popping out because it doesn't apply enough pressure over the area. I have tightened the belt as much as I can.

These Pads Are Great!
Most belts have huge "balls" that press the hernia in. They are way too much. The Pads from Confort-Truss are perfect! I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is great that they have options.

Adjusting the fit
It's very helpful to be able to adjust the fit of the truss as the body changes it's shape throughout the day, and there are many factors affecting that.
