🇺🇸 US Orders
Same-Day Shipping for Express Orders
Orders placed with Express or Overnight shipping before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on a standard business day will ship the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day.
Standard Shipping
Orders placed with Standard shipping will be shipped the following business day, regardless of the order time.
What Is a Standard Business Day?
Standard business days are Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized U.S. holidays. No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays. See the holiday calendar below for blackout dates.
Note about transit times:
Estimated or guaranteed transit times begin the day after your order is picked up from our warehouse. The pickup day is not counted toward the transit time.

Standard Shipping
- Ships via USPS First Class Mail on the next business day.
- Transit times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Express Shipping
- Ships via FedEx 2-Day or USPS Priority Mail, depending on location and service availability.
- If shipping to a PO Box, USPS Priority Mail will be used.
- FedEx 2-Day: Guaranteed 2-business-day transit time.
- USPS Priority Mail: Guaranteed 3-business-day transit time.
Overnight Shipping
- Ships via FedEx Express and arrives the next business day.
- Cannot ship to PO Boxes
- No weekend or holiday delivery.
- Guaranteed 1-business-day transit time.
📦 Please note: Once your package is picked up from our warehouse by the carrier, we no longer have control over its movement or delivery timeline. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other unforeseen factors are outside of our responsibility.

Note: If a nationally recognized holiday falls on a scheduled shipping or delivery day, the shipment will be delayed to the next business day.
📬 Double-Check Your Shipping Address
Before completing your purchase, please review your shipping address carefully. After placing your order, check your order confirmation thoroughly. If you notice any errors, such as a missing apartment, suite, or building number, contact us immediately.
For Express shipping orders, which are shipped the same day if placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time, address corrections must be submitted by 1:00 PM Eastern Time on the day of purchase.
⚠️ Address changes received after this cutoff for Express orders may result in shipping delays or failed delivery attempts.
🌍 International Orders
We use FedEx International Priority, USPS Priority Mail International, or USPS First Class International depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.
If your order ships via USPS, it will be transferred to your country’s local postal service upon arrival. At that point, tracking may no longer update, and delivery can take up to 30 days depending on your location and customs processing.
Please note:
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If a package is undeliverable due to unpaid duties or an incorrect address, it may be destroyed by customs.
- No refunds will be issued in such cases.
📅 Nationally Recognized Shipping Holidays
If you place an order on one of these dates, or after 1 PM on the preceding business day, your order will ship the following business day. These holidays do not count toward transit time.

📌 Important Notes:
- Standard and Priority Mail orders will not ship on USPS holidays.
- Express and Overnight shipments may still process depending on carrier (e.g., FedEx or USPS Priority Mail Express).
- If a holiday falls on a weekend, USPS may observe it on an adjacent weekday. In 2025, all listed holidays fall on weekdays.
