SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped on the next standard business day, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or nationally recognized U.S. holidays.
WHAT IS A STANDARD BUSINESS DAY?
Standard business days are Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized U.S. holidays.
If an order is placed on a weekend or shipping holiday shown on the chart below, it will ship on the next standard business day.

Orders over $99 qualify for free Standard Shipping within the United States.

Ships via USPS Ground Advantage.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Please note:
Estimated transit times begin the day after the package has been picked up by the shipping carrier. The shipment pickup day is not counted toward the transit estimate.
📦 SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Once a package has been picked up by the shipping carrier, Comfort-Truss no longer has control over the movement or delivery timeline of the shipment.
Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control and are not grounds for reimbursement of shipping charges.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Comfort-Truss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist with carrier investigations when applicable.
📬 DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
Before placing your order, please review your shipping address carefully, including apartment, suite, or building numbers.
After placing your order, please review your order confirmation immediately. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible.
Comfort-Truss is not responsible for packages delivered to the address entered at checkout.
⚠️ Address correction requests submitted after an order has already shipped may not be possible and may result in delays, additional shipping charges, or failed delivery attempts.
🌍 International Orders
We use FedEx International Priority, USPS Priority Mail International, or USPS First Class International depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.
If your order ships via USPS, it will be transferred to your country’s local postal service upon arrival. At that point, tracking may no longer update, and delivery can take up to 30 days depending on your location and customs processing.
Please note:
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If a package is undeliverable due to unpaid duties or an incorrect address, it may be destroyed by customs.
- No refunds will be issued in such cases.
📅 Nationally Recognized Shipping Holidays
If you place an order on one of these dates, your order will ship the following business day. These holidays do not count toward transit time.
