Minimalist Comfort-Truss Attributes

Streamlined, ultra-minimalist design with a sleek, stretchy binding sewn around the entire edge. Built for comfort and discretion under any clothing.

Low-profile Velcro® hook straps at the waist and leg offer surprisingly aggressive holding power while staying ultra low-profile.

No reinforced Velcro® loop panels sewn onto the body of the belt, which helps it stay nearly invisible under gym wear, jeans, or even boardshorts.

Open pad pocket without a Velcro® closure keeps the design lightweight and flexible, with less bulk overall.

Constructed with 3mm thick fabric, offering a soft, breathable feel. Perfect for all-day wear, but slightly less supportive than the 6mm fabric used in the Heavy Duty model.

Pad size and shape are identical to the Heavy Duty version.

Comes with a 1/4" pad pre-installed. Thicker pads (3/8" and 1/2") are available separately if extra pressure is needed.

Heavy Duty Comfort-Truss Attributes

Reinforced design built for maximum support, with a thicker, more structured perimeter binding that adds durability and stability.

Heavy-duty Velcro® hook straps on the waist and leg offer a super secure hold. Ideal for intense movement, lifting, or extended wear.

Sewn-on Velcro® loop panels are added specifically to increase the belt’s durability and lifespan by reducing long-term wear on the base fabric.

Pad pocket includes a Velcro® closure to keep the pad firmly in place, even during high-impact or repetitive movement.

Made with 6mm thick fabric, providing firm compression and enhanced support. Perfect for advanced hernias or anyone needing more reinforcement throughout the day.

Pad size and shape are the same as the Minimalist belt, so pads are fully interchangeable.

Includes all three pad thicknesses: 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2", giving you the flexibility to adjust pressure to your comfort and needs.

Which One Should You Choose?

Both the Minimalist and Heavy Duty Comfort-Truss belts use the same trusted design and pad system, but they’re built for different types of hernia situations and user needs.

Minimalist Comfort-Truss is best suited for less symptomatic hernias that reduce easily and stay in place with light to moderate pressure. It’s ultra low-profile, comfortable under any clothing, and can be worn during all types of activity, from casual daily use to workouts and sports.

Heavy Duty Comfort-Truss is designed for larger, more unruly hernias that push out with more internal pressure. It’s made with thicker materials, reinforced Velcro® zones, and includes all three pad sizes—offering maximum support and long-term durability for those who need it most.

No matter which one you choose, you’ll get the same core level of function and the same adjustable pad system. The difference is in the strength, structure, and how much pressure your hernia needs to stay put.
