The Comfort-Truss Double Side, Flat Pad Hernia Truss is designed for those active people who have bilateral (on both sides) inguinal hernias. Some people like to order a double side Comfort-Truss, even though they only have a hernia on one side, in order to feel more balanced. This completely comes down to personal preference, and is not necessary if you only have a hernia on one side.
Keep those hernias in check and get your life back with this comfortable double side hernia truss that you can wear all day, every day in comfort!
- Minimalist design
- Fully adjustable. The entire outside layer of the fabric is the loop side of the velcro which makes for unlimited adjustability
- Super flexible- Yoga anyone?
- Extremely form fitting
- Sits low on the waist so you can wear it under any clothing without it sticking up above your waistband
- Open top pad pocket to customize pressure with interchangeable front pads (sold separately here)

very comfortable bilateral comfort truss
Much better fit and more comfortable than the one I got from Amazon. Gives me support when I am doing kungfu practice and digging through my rocky garden. Thanks
This belt was very comfortable. Even as a woman I had no problem wearing it. Being on the smaller end of the size range I found wearing it under skinny jeans comfortable but maybe a tiny bit hard to hide, with no fault to the design but there is just no way around that in certain form fitting clothes, but in other clothes no would even know I was wearing it. I like the design and felt it did a great job.
Comfort-Truss support following Hernia repair.
Had surgery to repair my Hernia 6 weeks ago, now I am cleared by my Dr. to return to the gym for light lifting, I decided to purchase the Comfort-Truss to protect the repair, now after 12 weeks I am back lifting hard and will continue to wear the belt as an extra layer of protection to elevate my fears of re-injury.
Husband is happier with more support
My husband works 2 jobs that keeps him on the move. I bought 3 sizes after reading the reviews that the material will stretch over time. So far he tried the Large and Medium Bilateral. He has a 34inch waiste line. He said he feels best on Medium but likes that we have the Large for days he might feel bloated from diet choices. He has worn them for a week and has been in a much better mood in his down time. He had forgotten to put the belt on once and came all the way home on his lunch to get it. So far so good!
Comfortable and works great! Wore my first one completely out, I still use it when I’m going to be sweating a lot but it’s stretched out pretty much to its max now. Got my new one and it works exactly like my first one. If there’s a way to improve on the materials used that would be the only improvement I can think of.
