HOW TO MEASURE FOR THE CORRECT FIT

FOR MEN

Please note: Comfort-Truss is designed to fit tight, and you might need to stretch the waist strap up to five inches to get it fastened when you first receive it. It will break in and stretch a bit over time.

If you wear baggy or tight pants and are worried about sizing, there is a way to get a more exact measurement. Take a measurement from low around your waist directly in line with your hernia. Subtract two inches from that measurement, and match the number to the chart above.

FAQs

Comfort-Truss is designed for reducible inguinal hernias only.

This really comes down to personal preference. For me (George) personally I only wear the single side because I really do not like having to wear anything “extra” than what is absolutely necessary, but there are plenty of people who think along these lines and wear a double even though they only have a hernia on one side. It definitely will not hurt to do it that way. Just keep in mind that the double belt is a bit more bulky because of the extra leg strap and the wider pad in the front to cover both sides.

Yes, it was deigned to be worn under your underwear against the skin. This will give the best support, and also allow you to keep it on at all times throughout the day, even while using the toilet.

The Comfort-Truss holds minimalism at the forefront of it's design characteristics. Although it works well for most people who use it (as seen in our product reviews), there is a small percentage of people who's hernias are too far advanced, or that have too much internal pressure for the minimalist design of the Comfort-Truss to work effectively. Therefore, we feel it would be misleading to say that it will absolutely work for everyone that uses it, and we do not offer a guarantee on our products.

We do not recommend wearing the Comfort-Truss while sleeping.

Excellent Product

I have two of the minimalist double hernia belts and they are really great. I use one for when I go in the ocean (almost everyday), and one for all day use. I work out hard and I don't even think about my hernia, ever. Really good solution that let's me live life the way I want, and no one knows I have a hernia. Thanks for a great product, Jeff

Double Comfort Truss

I can now ride my road bike on reasonable routes. I haven't been able to ride my bike since my hernias until now. I ain't going for an operation because I don't like the risks of being left in chronic pain so I will be buying more of the double hernia comfy truss as I have decided to just live with my hernias ( small one on the left and a border hernia on the right. Wearing this truss will keep them in so I can still enjoy a pain free life. )
