A Thicker Pad Worked Perfectly
I'm wearing my single side (right side) standard Comfort Truss for the third day. The original 1/4-inch pad wasn't thick enough for me, so I bumped up to the 3/8" pad. That was an improvement in support.
The Size Medium, is working for me. I'm still second guessing my size choice, but it's too early to be certain about it.
I'm still getting used to wearing the Truss all day, against my skin.
This device actually works. The purpose of the Truss is to keep my hernia in a retracted position, and that's precisely what it does.

Pad Options
The option to have different thickness pads for the HD Single side hernia belt is really nice. You can adjust the degree of support you need. Choices are good. Well thought out product
