Everything I wish I had from day one
If you're dealing with an inguinal hernia and want to stay active without making things worse, this guide explains the framework I used while managing and recovering from my own hernia.
Inside you'll learn about the deeper factors that commonly contribute to hernias, and the strategies I used to address them.
It walks through the full framework that helped me continue living an active life while surfing, riding dirt bikes, working out, and more...
All without surgery.
Why This Guide Exists
When I was diagnosed with an inguinal hernia, the message I kept hearing was pretty straightforward.
Stop doing the things you love and schedule surgery.
For a lot of people that may be the right path. But for me, that answer didn’t sit well.
At the time I was living a very active lifestyle. I surfed regularly, rode dirt bikes, worked out, and spent a lot of time outdoors. The idea that the only option was to immediately shut all of that down didn’t make sense to me.
So instead of just accepting that answer, I started asking a different question.
Why did the hernia develop in the first place?
If my body had reached a point where tissue was pushing through the abdominal wall, there had to be deeper factors contributing to that environment.
That curiosity led me down a long rabbit hole of research, experimentation, and conversations with thousands of other people dealing with hernias.
Over time I began noticing something interesting.
The same patterns kept showing up again and again.
Eventually I realized these weren’t random observations. They were pieces of a bigger puzzle.
That’s what led me to what I now call the five root causes of hernias.
5 Root Causes of a Hernia Most People Never Address
Weak Deep Abdominal Muscles
Specifically the Transversus Abdominis and Obliques
Poor Pelvic Posture
Usually Anterior Pelvic Tilt
Limited Hip & Back Mobility
Mobility restrictions in the hips and lower back affect movement patterns and core function
Dietary Pressure Factors
Excess Gas, Bloating, and Constipation
Stress & Emotional Tension
Chronic tension in the body caused by stress and repressed emotions such as anger

FAQs
This guide isn’t meant to be a big expensive program.
My goal with this bundle is simply to make the core ideas accessible to anyone dealing with a hernia who wants to better understand what may be contributing to it.
Over the years I’ve shared many of these concepts through my blog and YouTube channel, and the response from people dealing with hernias has been incredible.
Putting everything together into one organized bundle just makes it easier for people to see the full picture in one place.
The $5 price point keeps it accessible while still helping support the work that goes into creating the content.
If you find the ideas helpful and want to go deeper, I also offer a full online program that expands on everything in much more detail.
Immediately after checkout you’ll receive a download link on the Thank You page that gives you instant access to all of the PDFs.
You’ll also receive an email with the download link so you can access the guides anytime in the future.
No guide, exercise program, or lifestyle change can guarantee a cure for a hernia, and this guide is not medical advice.
What I can say is this:
After addressing the factors outlined in this guide, my own inguinal hernia eventually became fully asymptomatic.
I went from constantly feeling the bulge and pressure to living a normal active life again.
Everyone’s body and situation is different, so results will vary. But the ideas in this guide are the exact framework that helped me get there.
That depends on your individual situation and should always be discussed with a qualified medical professional.
What I can tell you is that many people are never taught to look at the underlying factors that influence how the body handles a hernia.
In my case, once I began addressing the root causes, my symptoms improved.
Over time my hernia became fully asymptomatic, and I was able to return to a normal active lifestyle.
This guide explains the framework that helped me get there so you can better understand the same factors in your own body.
You’ll receive a collection of 12 downloadable PDF guides covering topics.
Each guide focuses on one part of the bigger picture so you can better understand the framework as a whole.
That concern is completely understandable.
One of the most frustrating parts of dealing with a hernia is the fear that normal activities might make the situation worse.
That fear is actually one of the reasons I created this guide.
Instead of randomly trying exercises or advice you find online, the goal of this framework is to help you understand how different factors influence pressure and stability around the hernia.
The ideas in this guide focus on things like posture, core activation, mobility, diet, and tension in the body — all of which can affect how the abdominal wall functions.
Many people find that once they begin addressing these underlying factors, they feel more confident moving and living their normal lives again.
Of course, everyone’s situation is different, so it’s always important to listen to your body and consult a medical professional if you’re unsure about your condition.
Not at all.
While I personally discovered these strategies while trying to stay active with my own hernia, the concepts apply to anyone who wants to better understand how the 5 root causes affect the condition.
Whether you're active or not, understanding these factors can help you make more informed decisions moving forward.
