Why This Guide Exists

When I was diagnosed with an inguinal hernia, the message I kept hearing was pretty straightforward.

Stop doing the things you love and schedule surgery.

For a lot of people that may be the right path. But for me, that answer didn’t sit well.

At the time I was living a very active lifestyle. I surfed regularly, rode dirt bikes, worked out, and spent a lot of time outdoors. The idea that the only option was to immediately shut all of that down didn’t make sense to me.

So instead of just accepting that answer, I started asking a different question.

Why did the hernia develop in the first place?

If my body had reached a point where tissue was pushing through the abdominal wall, there had to be deeper factors contributing to that environment.

That curiosity led me down a long rabbit hole of research, experimentation, and conversations with thousands of other people dealing with hernias.

Over time I began noticing something interesting.

The same patterns kept showing up again and again.

Eventually I realized these weren’t random observations. They were pieces of a bigger puzzle.

    Appreciate an alternate, non-invasive approach.

    Learning to live with my hernia

    Very informative 12 pdf download! Covers topics that I would have never given a second thought to such as pelvic & toilet posture. Really appreciate the no nonsense advice from someone who is on the same journey as the rest of us! Look forward to trying some of the exercises.     Awesome product!

    The hernia belt is an awesome product. The recovery and wellness bundle is a wealth of information and very helpful. I definitely give the belt and the information five stars Head and Shoulders above any other product I've seen. The only issue I see is that the strap that goes between your legs could be a little wider a little further down to help support the area other than that perfect product. Thank you very much!

    I use both the miminal and heavy duty belts, they work great while I exercise ,and fir normal wear. The exercises help build my abs.
