I have a few suggestions for improving the Comfort-Truss.

    Random thoughts on Comfort-Truss, HD-Small:

    a) The belt slips and slides while hiking in the woods on hot days... I get sweaty, and the Truss holds body heat. I would like to see a 'tacky' material on the inside surface of the belt.

    b) A portion of the pad inserted in the pouch, bulges out/protrudes to the outside of the belt. I'm only getting a benefit from about half the thickness of whatever pad I insert in the pouch. Perhaps they could add a small piece of plastic/nylon sheet to the inside of the belt, behind the pouch, to reduce the outward bulge of the pad in the pouch.

    c) like to see additional pads offered, in a material that is firmer, and less compressible than the foam that is used for pads now. A polyurethane foam pad would work for me. Examples of foam type: sleeping pads for campers; foam rollers that are sold for use in physical-therapy core strengthening exercises.

    d) I feel that the purpose of the pad on the belt, is to fill the space in my lower abdomen, where the hernia tissue will descend into, when it drops.

Two solid objects can't occupy the same space at the same time. If the Comfort-Truss pads were thick enough and firm enough to fill or block the inguinal-canal-space, then the hernia could not drop down into that space.

My current set-up is: one 3/8-inch pad in the pouch, and one 1/2-inch pad positioned/inserted between my skin and the pouch surface. This works better than a single pad stuffed into the pouch.

    I hope George -the…

    Highly recommend

Works very well. Comfortable all day. Disappears under clothes. Very well made. Truthfully forget I have it on. Rinse out by hand and hang in shower to dry. This is my second order, I’ve been a customer for almost a year now. It has helped me manage my hernia well without surgery. Good job George!

    It never came!

The website is terrible. This was not supposed to have been ordered and I was charged anyhow. On top of that, it was never delivered. Bad business and a bad website!

    Very Informative!

Before buying the course I had already found a lot of George's videos on youtube. The youtube videos are quite helpful but the course puts it all in one place, organized and prioritized to save a ton of time and cover information that isn't even available on youtube. It's worth the money just for the time savings and additional content you can't see on youtube.

    Educational and Mind Opening

The course helped me understand why my hernia appeared and what I can do about it. This knowledge gave me confidence that it will heal with some dedicated effort on my part. The Comfort-Truss belt is a huge part of the journey.
