Update for 8/13/2020

Update for 9/3/2020

After all the delays mentioned in the last update (which you can see above) we finally received the new samples from the manufacturer, and they are PERFECT.

So what happens now?

  1. Manufacturer receives bulk fabric (Waiting to find out more info on timeframe of this)
  2. Manufacturer sends us a size run sample set of each size and each style. (Should take a few days)
  3. We approve the size run samples. (Will be done the same day we receive them)
  4. Products go into production. (Manufacturer said this should not take too long. More info coming soon.)
  5. Products are air freighted to us. (a few days)
  6. We ship products out as soon as we get them.

I don’t have an exact timeframe on how long this process will take, but once I have more info I will be sending out another email update.

Thanks so much for your patience! We seriously have the best, most understanding customers in the world. I know how bad you need these, and how bad it sucks to not have a good way to manage your hernia, so I really appreciate you hanging in there with us. Trying to accomplish this during the pandemic has been an overwhelming task, but we are finally seeing the light at the end of tunnel.

If for any reason, you cannot wait until we get them in stock and you need a refund, please use the blue “Help” bubble below and let us know. Our support team will be happy to issue you a refund.

Update for 9/15/2020

As of September 15th, The manufacturer is still waiting on bulk production material to get to them. Due to supply chain and shipping issues created by governments around the world response to the pandemic (shutdown), this is taking longer than normal because most freight carriers are running at 25% capacity. They said they will be receiving it next week.

So what happens now?

  1. Manufacturer receives bulk fabric (Next week)
  2. Manufacturer sends us a size run sample set of each size and each style. (Should take a few days)
  3. We approve the size run samples. (Will be done the same day we receive them)
  4. Products go into production. (Manufacturer said this should not take too long)
  5. Products are air freighted to us. (a few days)
  6. We ship products out as soon as we get them.

They are giving us an expected shipping date of approximately six weeks which would put us at the end of October. Please do not take this as a solid date. It possibly be a little longer than this.

As I have always said, if for any reason you cannot wait until we get them in stock and you need a refund, please use the blue “Help” bubble below and let us know. Our support team will be happy to issue you a refund.
